Salad Bowl Oakleaf Lettuce

Best used in a mix with other lettuce types, Salad Bowl Oakleaf Lettuce has large, pointy leaves, similar to those of the Chinkapin Oak, Northern Red Oak and other similar varieties of oak tree. Those leaves have a crisp and fresh flavour, and pair nicely with sharper lettuces, like radicchio, arugula, and more. This lettuce is a source of vitamins A and C.
