Tatsoi Asian Greens

Their spoon-shaped leaves make them easy to spot, and also explain their cabbage-based name. They’re easy to work with, so you’ll be happy to use them regularly.

A great alternative to baby spinach, Tatsoi can be quickly sautéed and used to perfectly accompany your favourite fish, or mix it with sorrel, baby spinach, kale or other greens for a salad that completely skips plain old lettuce!
