Nasturtium

This thing packs a punch! Nasturtium, a form of cress, looks mild and light. Well, it’s anything but. Its small, round leaves are bold and certainly earn the plant its name, which translates to “nose twist” from Latin. If you’re looking to add some major kick to your salad, this is the plant to toss in! Best of all, that kick comes with some serious health benefits! Not only is it high in vitamin A, just one cup is loaded in vitamin C and vitamin K, and even a decent amount of iron.
