Common Sage

A Bold and Delicious Herb

Common sage is a staple herb, and is most easily recognized by its fuzzy-looking green leaves, which are long and thin. Because of its bold flavour, sage can enhance the taste of dishes of any complexity.

You can certainly eat it fresh, but it’s even better dried and ground for giving an oomph to savoury baked goods. Additionally, you can use it as part of topping sauces for chicken, turkey or fish, and even for rubbing into your favourite meats before cooking.
